1. Cladding Operator

Job Responsibility:

  • Good knowledge about Fronius FPA 9000 (ETR or CCC) cladding machine.
  • Demonstrate ability to read and understand drawings and Welding Procedure Specification (WPS).
  • Take utmost care of all tools and equipment’s used for welding.
  • Ensure proper maintenance for the welding machines and accessories and electrode/ baking oven.
  • Adhere to proper WPS and PQR standards as well as drawings and instructions of direct supervisor.
  • Control and fill up the production log sheets.
  • Set and control of pre-heat temperature.
  • Set and control of inter-pass temperature.
  • Ensure the control of torch configuration based on approved procedure and set and control of cladding parameters.
  • Control of clad thickness for each component.
  • Ensure the welder certificate is always updated and current.

Experience & Qualification:

  • 3 to 5 years of work experience in related job and in similar position
  • ITI/Diploma in Mechanical Engineering or equivalent preferred
  • Experience working in Oil & Gas equipment Manufacturing company (Wellhead and Xmas Tree components (gate valve body, bonnet, tree cap, spool, etc.)}
  • GTW & TIG welding experience preferred.
  • Programming experience on Fronius Machines preferred.

2. Sourcing Specialist (Talent Acquisition)

Roles & Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with Talent Acquisition Manager & hiring managers to understand their talent needs and develop sourcing strategies to attract qualified candidates for positions within the oil & gas manufacturing & Service sector.
  • Utilize a variety of sourcing methods, including online job boards, social media platforms, networking events, and industry associations, to identify and engage with potential candidates.
  • Build and maintain a talent pipeline of passive and active candidates for current and future job openings, ensuring a consistent flow of qualified candidates.
  • Screen resumes, conduct initial interviews, and assess candidate qualifications to determine fit for specific roles and organizational culture.
  • Coordinate and participate in recruitment events, job fairs, and campus recruiting initiatives to attract entry-level talent and build relationships with educational institutions.
  • Partner with external recruiting agencies and vendors as needed to support high-volume recruitment efforts or specialized talent needs.
  • Provide guidance and support to hiring managers on best practices for interviewing, selection, and candidate assessment.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date candidate records in the applicant tracking system (ATS) and other recruitment databases.
  • Assist with the development and implementation of employer branding initiatives and recruitment marketing campaigns to enhance the company’s reputation as an employer of choice in the oil & gas manufacturing industry.

Required Skills/Abilities:

  • 10 to 12 years of work experience in related job and 4 years of work experience in similar position in Oil & Gas equipment manufacturing & services background.
  • Has good product knowledge related to API 6A, 16A, 16C, 5CT, 7-1.
  • Bachelor’s degree in human resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Hands on experience working on SAP.
  • Knowledge of Arabic language is preferred.

3. CNC Machinist (L-3)

Job Responsibilities:

  • Preparing and loading raw materials onto the machines.
  • Documents actions by completing production and quality logs.
  • Maintains continuity among work shifts by documenting and communicating actions.
  • Maintains safe operations by adhering to safety procedures and regulations.
  • Maintains equipment by completing preventive maintenance requirements.
  • Plans machining by studying work orders, blueprints, material, and fixtures.
  • Setting up and installing tools and attachments.
  • Manual programming and program editing.
  • Fixtures design and modifications.
  • Prove machining of new components.

Experience & Qualification:

  • 3 to 5 years of work experience in manufacturing of wellheads & valves (Oil & Gas) environment and 2 years of work experience in similar position
  • ITI/Technical Diploma in Mechanical Engineering/Production or in any related discipline
  • Experience on machines like: DMG125 5axis Mill-Turn, DBC130 Horizontal Borer, WFL 5axis Turn-Mill, DANOBAT 5axis Turn-Mill.

4. Head of R&D

Role & Responsibilities:

  • Lead the research and innovative design concepts generation for all new products and solutions designs and development.
  • Guide of research and knowledge acquisition in order to propose a design of a new product as required by Delta’s clients.
  • Performing product prototyping and design testing to ensure suitability of newly developed products for production.
  • Supervising of the manufacturing for the first order of new products and solutions
  • Determine the engineering methodology, Creating and improving the engineering and R&D process
  • Develop the coming technologies for the industries
  • Select the appropriate strategies of engineering and R&D to cope with market changes
  • Develop the current company’s products with suitable technology
  • Improve the technology, products and manufacturing systems to be aligned with the market
  • Develop and manage the system components or direct modification of products to ensure conformance with engineering design and performance specifications
  • Evaluate the company products and improve it to the maximum values considering cost effectiveness
  • Establish, develop and maintain work strategy and objectives
  • Prepare the work plans and communicate it to subordinates
  • Prepare the budgets as per the company strategy
  • Select the team and prepare Manpower Plan
  • Support the management and HR for any development in the company
  • Provide support for continues improvement of the function

Successful candidate should have the following:

  • 12 years and above work experience in related job and 2 years of work experience in similar position
  • Experience in Design Engineering of Surface Wellhead and X-mas tree equipment.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering or equivalent
  • MBA in General Management is preferred
  • Ability to manage tight timelines
  • Ability to lead projects and design reviews.
  • Good written and oral communication skills
  • A track record of problem solving and customer support for API 6A products.
  • Experience working in GCC will be preferred.
