1. Talent Acquisition Team Leader

Design, create, and manage own areas of the hiring initiatives. Responsible for improving efficiency and effectiveness of the hiring process and serving as a valuable member of the team.

2. Organizational Design Analyst

The Organization Engineering Analyst (OEA) supports the Group Organizational Engineering Manager and Senior Organizational Engineering Specialist with the design, development and implementation of organizational structure. This includes an active role in the design and deployment of change management and regular engagement with Management. The OEA will also proactively collaborate with multiple stakeholders the implementation of complex projects in job analysis and organizational design and provides suggestions in order to support the change projects and strategies which help realize the Vision, Mission and Strategic Plan of the Group. This position will report to the Group Organizational Engineering Manager

3. Talent Development Team Leader

To improve organizational performance by ensuring implementation of appropriate development programs for all employees at PIH and its business groups, which will cover high potential development, succession, and career planning. To create a CoE by incorporating Talent Development best practices to support business excellence.

4. Consultant

The Consultant is a professional advisor in their respective field of expertise providing guidance to the business or organization and the individuals in terms of systems, processes or overall business strategies.

5. Senior Total Rewards Officer

Contributes to the development of operational policies and procedures concerning the classification of employees, compensation, employee relations and benefit programs.

6. Legal Affairs Counsel

To monitor all legal activities of the Group to ensure that they are carried out in accordance with relevant laws, regulations, and charters of the companies within the Group. The position develops, maintains, and disseminates legal information to all stakeholders (e.g., cases, statutes, and regulations) to provide support to legal team and assures staff knowledge remains up-to-date.

7. Senior Business Performance Analyst

The Senior Business Performance Analyst is responsbile for analyzing and evaluating various aspects of a company’s operations, financial performance, and business strategies to provide insights and recommendations for improving efficiency, effectiveness, and overall business performance. This position plays a crucial role in helping organizations make informed decisions and achieve their strategic goals.

8. Senior Marketing Manager

Strategically create marketing strategies, plans, and campaigns, and undertake all duties necessary to deliver strategies and achieve marketing objectives. This position develops and implements the organization’s global advertising, marketing, and communications program to build brand awareness and increase sales. Supports all internal communication initiatives and events to ensure clear communications regarding a variety of matters.

9. Lead Auditor / Senior Internal Auditor / Risk Management Senior

Auditor to add value and improve our operations by bringing a systematic and disciplined approach to the effectiveness of risk management, control, and governance processes.

10. Compliance Analyst

The Compliance Analyst is responsible to analyze, review and report on the end-to-end processes on SAP in accordance with policies, procedures, industry best practices and governmental laws and regulations.

11. Group Senior Finance Manager

The position is responsible for the financial reporting requirements,  maintaining the full financial integrity of the accounting ledgers, ensuring that all financial information (P&L and balance sheets) are accurately reported to the Finance Director. This position also develops strategies based on financial research and also guides senior executives in making sound business decisions in the long and short term.                                                                                                                       

12. Internal Auditor

The Internal Auditor is responsible in the implementation of certain aspects of the audit plans. This position also reviews processes with specific attention to governance structure, risk management and internal controls to ensure compliance with established policies and procedures.
