- Asset /COBie data information implementation.

5. BIM Coordinator
Principal Accountabilities:
- Prepare BIM Strategy, BIM Execution Plan, and BIM Standards.
- Creates initial REVIT® Project setup with workflow documents.
- Initiates Models for each project and prepares for the production team.
- Works as part of a BIM/CAD support team to achieve consistent results.
- Performs Clash detection and prepares clash reports.
- Provides REVIT® Architecture, Structure, and MEP desktop support.
- Over-the-shoulder training, developing, and shadowing staff.
- Content creation: Families such as parametric, formula, nested, and type catalogs.
- Work with all discipline vendors on content.
- Supports linked views and others in multiple models’ situations.
- 4D sequencing.
