  1. Engineer/Senior Engineer:

Responsibilities:

  • Conduct regular inspections of mechanical, electrical, and plumbing (MEP) systems within hospitality facilities.
  • Perform preventive maintenance and repairs on HVAC, plumbing, electrical, and other systems to ensure optimal functioning.
  • Troubleshoot and diagnose technical issues, proposing effective solutions to minimize downtime.
  • Coordinate with external vendors and contractors for specialized repairs and installations.
  • Implement energy conservation measures and sustainable practices in line with industry standards.
  • Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities, equipment status, and inventory.
  • Provide technical guidance and support to junior technicians as needed.
  • Adhere to safety protocols and regulations to maintain a secure working environment.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical, Electrical, or related engineering field.
  • Proven experience in MEP maintenance and repair, preferably in the hospitality industry.
  • Strong technical proficiency in HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and fire protection systems.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work under pressure.
  • Effective communication skills and ability to collaborate with diverse teams.
  • Knowledge of computerized maintenance management systems (CMMS) is desirable.

  1. CAFM Operator:

Responsibilities:

  • Utilize Computer-Aided Facility Management (CAFM) software to oversee and manage facility operations.
  • Maintain accurate databases of facility assets, including equipment, furniture, and infrastructure.
  • Coordinate scheduling of preventive maintenance tasks and inspections using CAFM tools.
  • Generate work orders and assign tasks to maintenance teams based on priority and urgency.
  • Monitor service requests and track their progress through the CAFM system.
  • Generate reports on facility performance, maintenance activities, and resource utilization.
  • Collaborate with engineering and maintenance teams to ensure timely resolution of issues.
  • Provide training and support to staff on CAFM software usage and best practices.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in Facility Management, Engineering, or related field.

  • Monitor stock levels and reorder supplies as needed to prevent shortages.

  • Organize and maintain storage areas to optimize space utilization and facilitate access.
  • Prepare purchase orders, invoices, and other financial documents as required.
