- Diagnose and Repair:
- Conduct thorough diagnostics to identify issues with photocopier machines.
- Perform timely and effective repairs to ensure the functionality of both Canon and
Ricoh devices. - Troubleshoot and resolve hardware and software-related problems.
- Routine Maintenance:
- Implement routine maintenance schedules to prevent potential issues and extend the
lifespan of machines. - Conduct regular inspections, cleaning, and calibration to ensure optimal
performance.
- Installation:
- Install and set up new photocopier machines according to manufacturer
specifications. - Verify proper functioning and troubleshoot any installation-related issues.
- Assembling and disassembling components as necessary during the installation process.
- Lifting and positioning photocopier machines according to installation requirements.
- Safely transporting photocopier machines to client locations via our transport.
- Refurbishment:
- Refurbish old photocopier machines to enhance performance and extend their
usability. - Upgrade components and software as needed to meet current standards.
- Documentation:
- Maintain detailed records of all repairs, maintenance activities, and installations.
- Document parts used and maintain an inventory of spare parts.
- Customer Support:
- Provide technical support and training to end-users.
- Communicate effectively with clients to understand and address their concerns.

Qualifications:
- Technical Expertise:
- Proven experience as a photocopier technician with a focus on Canon and Ricoh
