Job Responsibilities

• Attending Carpentry related RM work orders as per customers request and ensuring the same is being addressed and resolved on time as per our standard SLA and TAT.
• Carrying out PPM tasks for all Carpentry equipment as per the planned schedule and ensuring the quality of the tasks performed is efficient and not compromised.
• Carpentry assets for inspection includes – Common area doors, boundary fences, Pergola shades, Gypsum ceiling & walls, Kitchen cabinets & wardrobes, Furniture repairs, speed breakers, signages etc.
• Carrying out condition survey inspections for all carpentry equipment during customers move in and move out and ensuring all the units are serviced and well maintained.
• Ensuring the routine maintenance checks are carried out for all the common area carpentry assets across all portfolios.

Experience

• Minimum 5+ years of similar civil works experience in UAE is must.
