About the job
Beond, the world’s first premium leisure airline, is seeking a highly organized and energetic individual to join our team as a Guest Services & Travel Coordinator.
In this role, you will be responsible for greeting and assisting guests as they arrive at our headquarters in Dubai. You will ensure a warm and friendly welcome, providing information about our services and amenities. Additionally, you will coordinate travel arrangements for our teams, including booking flights, accommodations, and ground transportation.
Responsibilities
- Welcome and greet guests with a warm and friendly demeanor
- Provide information about Beond
- Maintain an organized reception area, ensuring cleanliness and functionality
- Coordinate travel arrangements, including flight bookings, hotel reservations, and ground transportation
- Assist with administrative tasks such as scanning, filing, and data entry
- Maintain office and pantry supplies
- Provide administrative support where required

Requirements
- Previous experience in a customer service or receptionist role, preferably within the airline industry
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
- Proficiency in using computer systems and travel booking software
- Ability to remain calm and composed under pressure
- Attention to detail and accuracy in all tasks
- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed
