What You’ll Be Doing:

- Make a note of any additional information based on his observations and forward for approval/signature all applications received for access after proper scrutiny and review.

- Collaborating with construction management to mitigate hazards and ensure safe work practices among assigned personnel.
- Keeping a daily log of project construction activities and discipline-specific data for project turnover.
36. Highway Design Technician
- Support the BIM Coordinator and Highways Delivery Team(s) in day-to-day BIM implementation activities.
- Develop Civil3D Modeling and production Templates.
- Develop 3D/2D dimensional models required for drawing preparation, clash reporting and presentation aligned with the project LOD requirements and modeling standards.
- Extract 3D solid models for clash analysis, schedule review and QS.
- Extract Infrastructure Design layouts, schedules, profiles, sections and cut sheets dynamically from the BIM model.
- Prepare Highways drawings comprises of basic arrangements, layouts, profiles, sections etc.
- Develop and extract 2D Road geometry from the models for internal reviews and coordination meetings.
- Ensure Project Information Models (PIM’s) are delivered in accordance with the agreed TIDP, MIDP and CDE protocol.
- Prepare BIM package submissions in accordance with project standards and requirements
- Conduct clash detection and visual walkthroughs
- Prepare models and reports for constructability analysis
