Responsibilities:
- Identify and research potential clients in the target market segments for soft services, including but not limited to commercial buildings, residential communities, hotels, and governmental institutions.
- Develop and implement strategic business development plans to achieve sales targets and expand IMDAAD’s market presence in the soft services sector.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers and stakeholders through effective communication and networking efforts.
- Conduct market analysis and competitor research to identify trends, challenges, and opportunities for business growth.
- Collaborate with internal teams, including operations, marketing, and finance, to develop tailored solutions and proposals that meet client needs and align with IMDAAD’s capabilities.
- Prepare and deliver presentations, proposals, and contract negotiations to secure new business opportunities and contracts.
- Manage the entire sales cycle, from lead generation and qualification to closing deals and contract signing.
- Provide regular reports and updates on sales activities, pipeline status, and market developments to senior management.
- Stay updated on industry trends, best practices, and regulatory requirements related to soft services and facilities management.
- Represent IMDAAD at industry events, conferences, and trade shows to promote brand awareness and generate leads.

Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field. Master’s degree is a plus.
- Proven track record of successful business development and sales experience in the facilities management industry, with a focus on soft services such as cleaning, landscaping, pest control, and waste management.
- Strong understanding of the UAE market dynamics, customer needs, and industry trends in the soft services sector.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Ability to build and maintain relationships with clients, partners, and stakeholders at all levels.
- Self-motivated and target-driven with a proactive approach to identifying and pursuing business opportunities.
- Solid organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software.
- Valid UAE driving license and willingness to travel as needed.
- Fluency in English; Arabic language skills are a plus.
